ARISE International Ministries is a "church without walls", welcoming peoples of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

Pastor Inpam Moses is the Founder of Arise International Ministries which continues to function as an outreach ministry. He is also the Senior Pastor of Richmond Christian Fellowship and has been in ministry for over 40 years. He preached his first message at the tender age of 16 years from a passage of scripture that God had spoken to him from: Jeremiah 1:4-10.   His ministry began in Sri Lanka, where he founded Zion International Church in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka.
